How I work

We had the pleasure of meeting Caterina last year when we started organizing our wedding. We couldn’t have made a better choice. Working with Caterina has been a pleasure. She is incredibly professional and guided us step by step for an entire year, up to the big day. She perfectly understood my vision and helped me realize it in the best way possible. Even on the wedding day, she was an essential resource. The biggest nightmare for any bride is rain, and it decided to rain on that day. The entire wedding was planned outdoors, but thanks to Caterina’s skills and her team, the whole event was moved indoors, and she made it even more beautiful than it would have been outside. She made the day beautiful and emotional, but above all, stress-free. Highly recommended!

We came all the way from Vegas for our wedding in Italy, and it was nothing short of magical. Caterina made every detail beyond anything we could ever experience back home. The scenery, the atmosphere, and the overall beauty of the day were absolutely perfect.

The atmosphere was truly magical and everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, exactly as it should have been. Caterina planned the most incredible three days of my life, starting from our intimate rehearsal dinner at a private villa, to a welcome party at a hotel, to the most gorgeous wedding in the world. Every detail was thoughtful and incredibly tasteful. She and her team went above and beyond. We are so grateful!

The best wedding EVER! Caterina and her team put together a flawless and fabulous wedding experience for us. We worked with them via email and Zoom for almost a year and trusted them entirely with every detail for our wedding in Sicily. None of us had ever been to Sicily, let alone the hotel venue, so trust was a big issue. That trust was well-founded. The wedding weekend had a lot of coordination, and not a step was missed. Everything was beyond wonderful, and our guests are still emailing and texting us about how it was the best wedding they have ever been to. We had over 75 guests and the wedding events took place at 3 different venues. It was quite a feat to get it right, and Cate and her team pulled it off beyond our expectations. They are the best!

Caterina is a well-organized, supportive, friendly, and responsive wedding planner. She masterfully and discreetly gave us valuable suggestions for planning the wedding and selecting the various vendors. Even though it started raining during dinner, she promptly managed the situation, coordinated the catering, and rearranged the event, ensuring that everything went smoothly.
