Book a discovery callThere is onlyone next step
Before I prepare anything for you, I would like to talk.
A video call of thirty to forty minutes tells me what no written brief can: how you imagine the days, what will matter most to your guests, and what the budget needs to protect.
Book a call
My work begins with listening. Whether we meet over a glass of wine in an Italian garden or over a video call from your kitchen, those first conversations are unhurried on purpose: they are where I learn how you want the days to feel, and what your guests should carry home.
The call
Thirty to forty minutes, by video. I work on Central European Time and will gladly meet you at your hour.
The proposal
Everything I send afterward is built on that conversation, never a standard proposal.
Contract and date
Then contract and date. I accept no more than eight full-planning projects a year, so dates close early.
